They're warm and water proof and you can slip them on and off. They're not rubber so they are more comfortable than other boots.

This is my work boot, but I like it enough to wear it on the weekends too. It is completely water-proof and warm. The sole provides excellent support when walking on rough surfaces like rock & metal grating. The tread is good on most surfaces, works well in snow and on slippery surfaces like boat decks. For ice they work well with products such as "Yaktrax" and accept snowshoe bindings for the deep powder. It is tough enough for the shop, the field, and comfortable enough for the office. An all-around winner in my book. The parent company also provides timely email responses to any questions you might have.

Muck Boots Chore Hi  The best rubber boot ever.
Muck boots are worth the extra money! If you've ever chosen to buy a pair of rubber boots at a big box store like Walmart in the last number of years, you were likely disappointed. I know I was. I never imagined paying $100 for a pair of rubber boots and instead routinely paid $20 or more for the stiff plastic like rubber boot. Those are very uncomfortable to walk in since they are so stiff and on the front where they kink as you walk, they often quickly crack and leak. Off to the store for a new pair or the shed to check if the last pair had a leaking left so I can use that right boot in place of my newer current failed one. It was actually this end of the season mismatched set of boots that prompted a good friend to gift me with a pair of Muck Chore boots! All I can say is "WOW" They are so comfortable and the upper is a very supple foam like rubber that flexes nicely as you walk. Simply put, they are great and I find myself wearing them more and having dryer feet as opposed to opting for shoes and then suffering with wet feet. I have recently bought this second set so I can have a pair at both the summer place and the winter place and fully expect them to last for years! Buy a pair and you won't regret the investment! 


Muck Boots AMAZING!!
These are amazing. Purchased to wear while tending to horses and the muck mess they can make. Before this I've only had the $10 rubbers from big-box stores, and nothing against them, they server their purpose well. However, if you're going to spend anytime significant time in boots, then it is well worth the money invested. So far have waded in muck and water half way up my calf at 20 degrees and been completely unaffected. The item shipped extremely quick and fit like a glove, except for your feet.

Muck Boots Arctic Sport Great.
Had these for over a month now, and still going strong. They fit perfectly and are warm, even in the deepest snow. Will buy more of this brand when I need to.

Only used these boots for a day so far on a fishing trip to Lake Eucumbene under very cold conditions and found them to be very comfortable and worm, just what I wanted.

Muck Boots Arctic Sport Mid Works Well.
The boot says that is good to like -40. I don't think so unless you keep moving. Standing around my feet got cold even in temps near freezing. If I was moving around things were fine.

I think the real issue is the boots do not come in half sizes. So I am a size 11.5 and had to buy a 12. The extra space in the toe is not conductive to keeping my feet warm. I may need to wear two pair of socks to solve that problem.

The boots are easy on and easy off. Use them around the barn and when taking care of snow. They seem to be totally water proof as well.

These are big, roomy boots, easy to step into before heading out into fairly deep snow, slush, mud, etc. Easy to hose off or rinse off in a utility sink. I walk across our small creek in these and they are waterproof. I can get them off pretty easily without touching them with my hands. Not as warm as boots meant for hiking in snow, and not as comfortable either, but perfect for chores all year round.

These boots are everything stated and more. They are confortable, warm, high enough to keep out tons of snow or keep my dry in the puddles, love the hot pink color I ordered. I have the shorter pair in black and loved them but they weren't very good when the snow gets knee high here in PA. and I had waited to order the taller boots as they were just plain black or gray in color. When I saw these I ordered immediately and am not sorry - they are wonderful and I LOVE THEM.

Muck Boots Tack GREAT BOOT.
Great product. Was a little iffy about ordering without trying on, but even though they are a little large, I can wear thicker socks. They are super comfortable and easy to get on and off. I have actually worn them for an entire day in 80+ degree weather and am still as comfortable in the evening as when I put them on that morning.

My husband and I are pig farmers in Woodstock GA and had to a purchase a new pair of muckboots after the ones I owned got forever suck in the pigpen when a momma pig chased me right out of my boot when she thought I was to close to her babies. We got online and found the Original Muchboot orderd it and waited for delivery. Delivey was fast and when I put the boot on to go feed it felt like heaven. Once I got into the pigpen I knew I had picked the right boot. I was able to move around in all the muck without the feeling of being stuck. I would reccomend this boot to anyone and everyone. 


Muck Boots Great for spring chores.
I first saw these on a friend who used them in the spring to muck her horse stalls. I don't have horses, but I do have dogs and gardens. When I pooper scooped in the spring my Sorels weren't the best choice as I sometimes stepped into stuf that I needed to hose off and the Sorels weren't great for that. The bigger tread on the Sorels also made it difficult to get out stuff I accidentally stepped in. I would then switch to plain rubber LaCrosse boots, but they were pretty cold on early spring days. These, on the other hand, are perfect. They look stylish enough that I can wear them in public. When I recently toured a maple sugar farm with a gardening group, they not only kept my feet warm and dry, they were easily hosed off when I got home. And, of course, I got lots of compliments and everyone wanted to know where I got them.

I wear a woman's 7. The shoes are sized in whole sizes only. My box is labeled 7-7 1/2. They are big on me, so I need to wear heavier socks than I would sometimes want. They are almost snug on top where they meet my calf, but then they go almost straight down, so they are looser in the lower calf (good for the heavier socks that end mid-calf).

I waited a year yo buy these but wish I had gotten them the first time I saw them on my friend. They have much better support than my LaCrosse rubber boots and are a lot of fun to wear. The only downside is the LaCrosse are made in the US and these are from China.

I did not purchase from Amazon. I bought like 5 years ago an older model of this boot at a retailer in Ga. After 5 years or so, the sole of the boot came apart from the body. I called the Co. Told them my story. They replaced the boot, no questions asked.

The new one is built much better than the old model. I can tell it will last a long time. The boots are supper comfortable. Can wear with or without socks. Can be "folded" down if day is too hot, but still need to walk in mud, etc.

This is a great product with a company that stands behind it 100%. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hunting boot. The only thing to be aware, if you will be hunting, these are not SNAKE proof.

Let me say that I have a hard time finding slip on boots that will fit over my calves comfortably. These boots stretch nicely and arent uncomfortable to wear for long periods. They have good traction, flex well when walking and eliminate your scent on the ground. I wore them on a hunt in Mississippi and the temp was 28 degrees. My feet stayed warm. I then wore them on a hunt in Florida when the temp was 60 degrees and they were still comfortable.

I recommend them highly.

Muck Boots Adult Muckmaster Hi-Cut Boot Excellent for stomping around the farm.
These boots are perfect for walking around the farm - keeps my feet and socks safe from grass seeds, thorns, water, puddles, poop, ticks, bugs and whatever else lies on our land..They're a little heavy but I figure it's good exercise for the calf muscles. Does get a little warm in the summer but it's windy where I'm at so as long as my feet are warm, I'm happy outside! My husband wants a pair now too..

My last pair were 12" muckboots I bought 8-9 years ago. I had to replace them only due to the rubber toe guard on my right boot peeled off, but still remained waterproof, but stuff kept getting trapped in the flap. I decided to go with the 15". I am a forester and stomp around the New Jersey woods and swamps and these boots handle it all including greenbrier. great product. Feet are always warm and dry.

I work for a masonry company and part time on the family ranch, i use these boots for both lines of work. They are comfortable and i have no problem walking in them all day even on the day i got them. So far they have kept my feet warm on the single digit days but a little too toasty on those warmer days. Wading through water or mud or snow is no problem and the traction is excellent. I would suggest these boots to anyone and if the day comes that i wear them out, i'll buy another pair.

What a strange mix of reviews...

I've owned a pair of these for two years. I've worn them every day, all day for two winters. During the summer I just wear them for barn chores. I really put them through a workout, barn chores, cutting wood, hiking and hunting, general every day use and they are still going strong. Today I worked for six hours cutting brush in an area that had 6" of standing water due to spring flooding. My feet were still dry at the end of the day and the boots are showing little wear after two years.

I wear these much more than my regular leather work boots because it is so easy to slip them on and off. I just step into them to go outside and push them off with the opposite foot when I come inside. They are comfortable and warm, but not too warm. I wear them with heavy socks in the winter and with light work socks in the summer and my feet are always comfortable.

I'd recommend these to anybody.

I grudgingly agreed to get a pair of these at my husband's urging.... then I had to admit he was right:P. These are super comfortable, and have kept my feet desert dry. I have yet to come home from any of our adventures in the woods with a wet pair of socks. They are light enough to not tire out your legs on long walks, in the past any boot that functioned well felt like concrete blocks on my feet. I like that the sole is stiff enough that my feet feel protected and stable. I also like the neoprene stretch at the top A. my calf fit into them b. if you tuck in your pants they stay c. they make the boot feel much less bulky. Thank YOU MUCK BOOTS

This is a great three season boot. Period. I already own Muck dog walking shoes (6yrs) and Woody Max winter hunting boots (5yrs), so I had a lot of faith in the product going in. I needed a three-season boot for hunting that was less insulated than the Woody, but came higher up the leg than my dog shoes. I looked at a variety of other brands but kept coming back to Muck just because they seemed so solid while at the same time being so light on my feet. I wore these out of the box for a week of bow hunting in Delaware with comfort and confidence. Boots are a highly individualistic product because one person's foot and fitness can varies so much from another. But for me, these are the bomb and I recommend them without reservation.

Muck Boots Adult Edgewater Hi Boot Great For Early Season & Turkey Hunting.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my Edgewater Boot for the last four deer/turkey seasons. The boot is comfortable, flexible, and has never leaked. I find that the boot keeps my feet comfortably warm down to 29 Deg. F or so. I wear a size 12US and the boot fits me to size. I am able to wear a medium weight thermal sock without feeling cramped. The boot is not so heavy as to make it uncomfortable when walking for long periods of time here in the ridge & valley terrain in Eastern Tennessee. For late season and times weather reaches the 20s I would suggest owning a pair of Wetlands (My choice) or a pair of the Woody series available. Keep in mind although the Woody series are VERY warm, they are Not (In my opinion) the boot for much extended walking.

I purchased these boots for my husband for the very cold PA winters. I searched for reviews on the fitting of this boot. i guess women are a little more descriptive in reviews than men, so i am letting other wives know these boots fit true to size with room enough to wear heavy socks if needed. My husband just wears ankle socks with his and his feet stay dry and warm. highly recommended and my husband says these are the most comfortable boots he has ever worn. . Great for plowing snow, shoveling cow manure or working out on a rainy day.

Though I love winter, my hands, feet and ears are generally miserable. I experimented with a variety of boots, including Uggs, Ugg knock-offs, lined rain boots, etc.

I wore these boots in snow today for the first time and was very impressed. I walked through Central Park (in New York City), which was *VERY* icy and didn't fall once. Though I felt the icy conditions and *almost* slipped, the boots held a solid grip on the ground. Had I been wearing Uggs or similar boots, I would've fallen at lease 5-6 times FOR SURE, and ended up with scraped knees, pain, etc.

I intentionally walked on the snow to see how the boots would fare, and they performed beautifully. My feet remained warm and dry.

The challenge with these boots is sizing. I'm normally size 8.5 in women's shoes and ordered a size 9. However, size 9 feels loose, even with thick socks. This could be due to the "unisex" nature of the boots. Size 9 is equivalent to men's size 8, and I suspect the boots run a bit wider than regular women's shoes.

Since I ordered them online without actually trying them on beforehand, I'm not sure whether these are the optimal size for me. However, I decided to keep them, figuring that I can always wear double socks to fill in the gaps.

Also, the boots felt a bit heavy, but it could be that I'm not accustomed to them yet. Regardless, I'm willing to be a little uncomfortable in order to keep my footsies toasty and happy.

This company has an "Arctic PRO" model too, which is supposed to be even warmer than these (rated for -60 degrees vs. -40).

If you're looking for a warm sturdy boot that you can wear in deep snow, don't think twice about buying these boots or the "Pro" model. If possible though, try them on for size at a local "bricks and mortar" store.

I purchased these boots for a trip to Antarctica. To test them I wore them outdoors at night for an hour or so while doing astrophotography in 25F and waded through a 40F stream for several minutes. My feet were warm and dry the entire time.

Boots were easy on and off, plus one size did seem to fit all as I have a wide foot. The fit was very comfortable but supportive.

Muck Boots Awesome investment!
This is an awesome boot! I have only owned them for about a month now, so I haven't gotten to truly see their capabilities, but I have been very pleased with what I have seen. Muck is a little more expensive than other brands, but I think it is well worth the investment. I live in a city where winters are frequently below zero degrees Fahrenheit and have yet to be disappointed. These boots keep your feet warm without causing them to sweat, it is just a comfortable feeling of warmth. My only complaint is that I wear a women's size 7, which I think is the smallest size they come in, but overall shape of the boot feels like it is designed more for a man's ankle and calf. It is still a nice fit, but just a little more loose in some areas that I would prefer a tighter fit. Other than that, I have seen no issues with them so far.

My family now owns two pairs of these boots. We primarily wear them when working with our horses to protect us from the mud and muck. They are warm, at least in temperatures in the 20s.

I note that one reviewer online indicates these boots are prone to slip under certain conditions. We've worn them in very slick, wet mud with no problems. I've also worn mine to help clean a basement with a painted concrete floor after a sump pump failure. I walked all over on the concrete and up and down painted wooden stairs that were wet. I could not get the boots to slip. I have to assume this other person either has boots with a different tread than this style or they used the boots on a fairly unique surface that most of us won't encounter.

Muck Boots for extreme conditions.
I have had my Arctic Sports since 2005 and spent 4 Summer seasons in Antarctica, 5 seasons in the Arctic working in salt (28 - 30F) and fresh water conditions while walking on Ice, snow, mud, tundra or rocky beaches. Since 1979 I have looked for and gone through a number of brands and styles to keep my feet warm and dry which was a challenge until finding these boots.

The boots have met all conditions with great satisfaction. As the boots have aged the only negative I can find with these boots is that on any surface that is hard snow pack or glare ice the lug soles are not that effective in keeping you upright, but what boot or shoe will. I have been in temperatures as low as -30F for hours at a time and my feet are toasty and dry. Eventually I will have to buy another pair of Muck Boots.

Purchased these for my oldest son who didn't have a pair. Heading to Antarctica and these were the recommended boots. Keep feet dry, warm and great traction in the snow. Needed the waterproof aspects since we get in and out of zodiacs in the water. Kids love them even home in the midwest.

These boots are so comfortable and practical! I'm very hard to fit: I have various foot problems, including bunions, and the bunions make it necessary for me to wear a wide shoe. Also, almost every pair of shoes/boots that I try on hurts. At first I was skeptical about these boots because they don't come in wide widths. But when I saw them in a farm-supply store and tried them on, I was amazed that they not only fit, they actually felt great! Besides accommodating my bunions, they also have a really comfortable, padded foot bed. I was instantly blown away but was reluctant to spend the money. The store where I tried these on also had $30 rubber boots that I was tempted to get instead because of the price, but they were instantly uncomfortable -- clunky feeling, with no padding on the bottom of my foot. I didn't make a purchase that day, but I kept thinking about these boots. I needed waterproof boots for doing heavy-duty gardening and landscaping around my creek; the boots needed to be agile but supportive. They needed to allow me to wade in the creek but also have good traction on the creek bank, which is steep in spots. Finally I decided to bite the bullet and spend the extra money for these boots -- and I'm so glad I did. The boots work great! They're also easy to remove, thanks to a ridge by the heel that allows you to just "scrape" them off against your other foot or a nearby object. Also, the boots sort of mold themselves to your leg, which gives them a fairly sleek look for this kind of boot. (Yes, they're good-looking!) I am a huge Muck Boot fan (note - there are knock offs out there - I am talking about boots made by the Muck Boot Co and under the Muck Boot brand). We use these exclusively on my ranch in Montana and have purchased just about every make and model they have from the Muck Shoes all the way up to the cold weather arctic versions and everything in between.

The neoprene uppers stay soft and are tough in the rough. They are easy on and off due to the soft uppers. I have a high arch and full length rubber boots are always very hard for me to get off. These boots, since the uppers fold down, are much easier to get off.

There were other muck boots in my past. Then these muck boots came into my life and my feet were finally happy going out in the snow/mud/rain. I bought my first pair eight years ago, and although a little pricey, they are definitely worth it. I got my monies worth out of them. They lasted for 8 years wearing them every day, twice a day in every kind of weather to go out and feed my horses/donkey/goats and to also walk my dogs in lousy weather. Sometimes I walk in mud almost a foot deep in spots and my feet stay toasty and dry. In the winter I use them when shoveling or snowblowing. I love them because you just pull them on - no laces to tie, nothing to zip. These are all one piece too so no soles to come off, which happened to me with my previous pair. When it's warmer outside, I just come back to the house and rinse them off under the hose and we're good.

Muck Boots Adult Jobber Great.
The boot costs more than a generic you buy at the local discount store but the quality is great. I am glad I spend the extra to get these. They are well made and have extra features that make them easy to put on (front and rear straps) and take off (kick pads). I could not ask for a better boot to wear when taking the dog for a walk on a rainy day or when the dew is heavy in the field.

Size: I read previous reviews that said the size runs large so I ordered a size 11, I normally wear a 11 1/2 or 12. The size 11 in the MuckBoot fit me perfectly.

I love these boots.

They seem almost indestructible, solid one piece injection molded.
Light weight, totally waterproof, and not heavily lined which means they dont get hot. All hard to find in a boot.

I have these and the taller full boot version (different label- Superior Boot Co), both are great for anywhere you might get wet, muddy, dirty, etc..
I wear them at the beach, river, dog park, camping, they are great to just slip on and go, work, casual, whatever.

Don't care what you step or walk in because they are they are easy to clean, just hose off.

Easy to slip on.

Only caution is they run SMALL....I wear a 9.5 wide in other shoes, I needed a 11.5 in these, and they fit great.

I was a little unsure about buying the boots because they are a little expensive for what I was looking for, but when I got them, I realized they were worth it. They are amazingly comfortable, easy to move in, great for shoveling snow, wet yard work in the fall, anything really. They are easy to slip on, and fit comfortably. I would suggest buying a size down unless you plan to wear really thick socks like they recommend. I didn't realize this at the time and now I use two pairs of regular thickness socks, which is no bother really. All in all, great rain/mud/snow boots. Will buy from Muck Boots in the future.


Muck Boots Fantasic!!!
I bought these for my husband - he has a couple of pairs of the low Muck shoes which he loves, and a tall pair of Muckboots too. These ankle high ones have become his absolute favorites -they are slip-on easy, but provide good support to the foot and ankle, and they are unbelievably nice-feeling on the feet.

Muck boots are a fabulous line of products - extremely well made and very useful for the country lifestyle - these are a wonderful addition to the boot tray !!

These keep my feet dry in early morning dew feeding the horses in the pasture. Easy to slip on, very comfortable, and very dry. I wish I'd done this years ago.

Wonderful boots! Just what I was looking for. Easy to walk and work in keeps feet warm and dry in cold/wet muddy weather.

I wear these all the time when I am at home. I do a lot of yard work in them and use them in the garage. They are pretty comfortable and you can wear them easily for long periods. The only problem I have with them is that they can make your feet very hot because of the thickness of the boot. This is probably the nature of the beast.

I bought the boots which were too large and returned them. I then bought the muck shoes which are great!! I threw away my several pairs of crocks which are uncomfortable and get my feet and socks dirty. The Muck Shoes are more comfortable than my expensive tennis shoes and sometimes go to the store in them. They are terrific. If you are a gardener, get them!!

For the record, these boots simply cannot be beat. I have a newspaper route and I was in need of a good pair of boots after the pair I had previously purchased (not on Amazon, thankfully) fell apart after only a few uses. I need boots to wear for rainy mornings and for when the ground is damp or wet. Out of curiosity, I checked out Amazon and found these listed under "Shoes." After reading the product description, I decided to purchase them. I have only worn them a couple of times since they arrived (we're currently in the middle of a dry spell here in North Texas) but on those two occasions, they did as the product description said they would do. They fit comfortably, are 100% waterproof, and are easy to clean. I just use a hose to wash off the mud and then let them air dry on the roof. I also like the color (garden green is cool). I think the price they charge for these boots is well worth it. Try them. You won't be disappointed.
